Shipping policy
ORDER ADDRESSING CARE
We will ship all products to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. To ensure successful delivery, please double-check all address details — including street name, number, postal code, and any additional information such as apartment or unit number — before completing your order.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to receive the order during these attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest postal office for collection. The recipient must collect it within 7 consecutive days. Failure to collect the package will result in it being returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the order.
All delivery attempts and pickup details (including the location of the postal office) are listed in the order’s tracking information, which can be monitored using the tracking code sent to your email.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Color WOW is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, the package will be returned to us, and no new delivery attempts will be made to the same address.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, no refund will be issued. A new shipping fee of $15 (covering postal costs and handling) will be required to resend the product.
PROCESSING TIME
Order processing and separation time: 1 to 3 business days.
After payment confirmation, your order goes through preparation, packaging, and dispatch stages. This process usually takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive a tracking code via the email address used during checkout within 7 business days after your order has been processed.
As our haircare products are shipped internationally, tracking may take 5 to 10 business days to become active and visible on the courier’s website once the order is in transit.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days after dispatch.
BESTOF on our records, 80% of customers receive their orders within approximately 15 business days.
ORIGIN
Our professional haircare products are sourced from certified suppliers in Europe and Asia.
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments if products are dispatched from different warehouses. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped through the local postal service. In certain situations — such as failed delivery attempts, delivery restrictions by region, or incomplete address information — the package may be available for pickup at the nearest postal office.
Please ensure your address is correctly entered to avoid delivery issues. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
The postal service will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will remain at the local postal office for 7 days before being returned to the sender.
