At BESTOF, we provide a 30-day return window — you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of grooming or skincare products that have been opened, used, or tested.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with clear instructions on how and where to ship the product.
Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Our team will review the case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tested items.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the eligible item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you want.
European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and the proof of purchase must be included.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
